Ingredients
  1. Chickpeas | 1 15 oz Can, Rinsed and Drained
  2. Olive Oil | 1 Tablespoons
  3. Granulated Sugar | 2 tablespoons
  4. Ground Cinnamon | 1 1/2 Tablespoons
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400*F.
  2. Place chickpeas on a parchment lined sheet tray and pat dry with a paper towel. It is important that all the water is off the chickpeas to ensure that they get to your desired level of crispiness.
  3. Once completely dry, place into the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and place chickpeas into a bowl. Add the olive oil, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. Mix until all are evenly coated.
  5. Place back on to the parchment lined sheet try and cook for another 15 more minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to completely cool.
  7. Enjoy.
