Top 10 Vegetarian Blogs of 2015

I have been vegetarian for almost 7 years now. Here’s a list of a few of my favorite websites that got me started on my vegetarian journey or some that I just recently fell in love with. I am a big fan of beautiful food photography. I hope you enjoy my list of a few of my favorite Vegetarian Blogs. If you have a Vegetarian Blog that you would love me to check out, leave it in the comments below.

Top 10 Vegetarian Blogs

1. OhMyVeggies.com

  • OhMyVeggies was one of my key tools for when I converted to vegetarian over 6 years ago. They post 6 days a week and their food photography is just beautiful.

2. GreenKitchenStories.com

  • GKS is run by David and Luise and they teach you vegetarian recipes that are just almost to beautiful to eat. I actually found them from their instagram and just fell in love with their website.

3. Cookieandkate.com

  • On this list, this is my newest guilty pleasure. The name is misleading, but in the best way. Kate is the foodie, but cookie isn’t her dessert, but her really cute dog. Her self-taught food photography is a real driving force for me to become better at my own work.

4. Veggiebelly.com

  • Their title is “vegetarian recipes… everything from easy to exotic.” I just really love that tag line. It sums up all their recipes. I also love that they ranked USA as a top 5 country for vegetarian travel. It shows how much we have advanced in the last few decades.

5. Herbivoracious.com

  • I actually read Michael’s book first and then found his website. I just love his advancement in the food industry. He is currently working with some of my friends for the team at ChefSteps.com. I think he will be doing great things in the near future.

6. Veggiesandme.com

  • I first fell in love with Megan’s design of her website, but then again fell in love with her food photography and websites. Her sight is mouth-watering good.

7. Loveandlemons.com

  • Even though Jeanine isn’t vegetarian, most of her recipes are. The reason I ranked them in my top 10 list is because they are teaching fun ways to become more veggie friendly in the kitchen regardless what your food lifestyle is. Their photography is also works of art.

8. Nomeatathlete.com

  • I just love this website. Being an avid gym visitor and runner, I just love sites that promote meatless health. They have recipes, tips, and help create running groups of like-minded people. Can’t wait to join my first running group in the near future.

9. Mynewroots.org

  • Sarah is a Holistic Nutritionist that turned to the Internet to share her lifestyle. If you don’t know what Holistic Nutrition is, I would suggest you check your website out.

10. VegetarianBaker.com

  • Of course, I am going to add my own site to the list. I believe that I am creating quality, delicious dishes that the vegetarian and vegan communities will enjoy. I also provide a video how-to video in most of my recipes to make it easier to visualize the recipe.
