How To Make Vegan Caesar Dressing | Simple Homemade Salad Dressings

Salads can get boring, but one of the best ways to give your salads a kick is by adding some delicious, healthy dressings. Vegan Caesar Dressing is creamy, flavorful, and delicious. This Caesar dressing is filled with Nutritional Yeast. Nutritional yeast is one source of complete protein and vitamins, in particular B-complex vitamins. Ingredients
  1. Ripe Avocado | 1 ea
  2. Juice & Zest | 1/2 Lemon
  3. Almond Milk | 1/2 Cup
  4. Hemp Seeds | 1/4 Cup
  5. Nutritional Yeast | 1/4 Cup
  6. Garlic | 5 Cloves
  7. Dijon Mustard | 2 Teaspoons
  8. Capers | 1 Tablespoon
  9. Apple Cider Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon
  10. Sea Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon
  11. Whole Peppercorn | 1/2 Teaspoon
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Enjoy on a kale salad with homemade croutons.
