While in Paris, France, I had the opportunity to film a video with the lovely Bubble Child. I wanted to create an amazing dessert in honor of it. Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Serves 6
A delicate, vegan dessert that everyone can make & enjoy.

Ingredients
  1. Coconut Cream | 1 Can (15 oz)
  2. Cocoa Powder | 1/2 Cup
  3. Agave Nectar | 1/4 Cup
  4. Chia Seeds | 1/4 Cup
  5. Chocolate shavings or Cocoa Nibs for Garnish
Instructions
  1. Place the coconut cream, cocoa powder, agave, and chia seeds into a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Place the smooth mixture into portion jars. Garnish with cocoa nibs or chocolate shavings.
  3. Place the jars into the fridge for 3 hours until set.
  4. Enjoy!
