Watermelon Crème Brûlée | A Simple No Bake Vegan Dessert

Watermelon Crème Brûlée is a healthier & easy vegan alternative to the traditional Crème Brûlée. It’s a great way to enjoy one of my favorite summer fruits. This Watermelon Crème Brûlée recipe is no bake and can be made in less than 5 minutes.

Watermelon Crème Brûlée is a healthier & easy vegan alternative to the traditional Crème Brûlée.

Ingredients
  1. Seedless Watermelon | 1/2 ea
  2. Organic Cane Sugar | 1/2 Cup
  3. Sea Salt Flakes | 2 Tablespoons
  4. Zest of Lime | For Garnish
  5. Fresh Peppermint | For Garnish
  6. Vegan Coconut Whipped Cream | For Garnish
Instructions
  1. Slice the watermelon into 1 inch slices.
  2. Using a round cutter, cut watermelon into rounds. Place them into ramekin or onto your dessert plate.
  3. Sprinkle a spoonful of organic cane sugar onto the top. Using a blow torch, caramelize the sugar. Allow to cool before continuing.
  4. Add a pinch of sea salt flakes.
  5. Pipe on a dollop of Vegan Coconut Whipped Cream, add a sprig of peppermint, and zest of lime for garnish.
  6. Enjoy.
