You don’t need to be an expert to make biscuits at home ! This simple #recipe for Vegan Biscuits only require 10 minutes of prep and 10 mins of baking to enjoy! Biscuits are great addition to any breakfast or southern dinner! As a vegan, you may miss the buttery and flaky flavor, but these biscuits will surely not disappoint your tastebuds!

  • 1 ⅔ Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbs Baking Powder
  • Cup Almond Milk
  • Cup Vegetable Oil
  1. Preheat oven to 475°F & prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In large bowl, sift the all purpose flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Once sifted, make a well big enough to pour in the almond milk and vegetable oil. Mix the mixture until a dough is formed. You will notice that the dough will no longer stick to the side of the bowl.

  3. Once your dough is formed, take a little all purpose flour and dust your workspace. You will be rolling your dough out to 1 - 2 inch thickness, depending on your preference. Now, grab your biscuit cutters and cut out your biscuits. Place the biscuits onto your parchment lined sheet tray.

  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying!
