This simple & delicious vegan recipe for Candied Pecans are a great treat to make for family and friends around the holidays.
Preheat oven to 325*F.
Place all of the ingredients into a bowl. Mix until all of pecans are evenly coated and the flavors are spread out.
Place onto a silicone or parchment lined sheet tray. Spread into flat even layer to ensure even baking.
Bake for 20 minutes making sure to flip the pecans using a spatula halfway through. The pecans should darken in color.
Allow to cool for 30 minutes before enjoying.
