Hello everyone,
Welcome to my blog! My name is Jac (pronounced like Jake), and I’m a passionate foodie, dedicated blogger, and enthusiastic YouTuber. I lead a fulfilling lifestyle as a full-time vegetarian and part-time vegan, which inspired me to create VegetarianBaker.com—a comprehensive resource for vegetarian and vegan recipes, culinary inspiration, and cooking techniques.
My journey toward a vegetarian lifestyle began in 2007 when I was diagnosed with Chronic Pancreatitis. This health condition prompted me to explore alternative dietary choices and ultimately led me to embrace vegetarianism. In 2010, I took a significant step forward by enrolling in Johnson & Wales University, where I pursued my passion for culinary arts. Four years later, I proudly graduated with degrees in Pastry Arts and Food Service Management, specializing in Spirits & Distillation and Psychology.
It was during my time in college that The Vegetarian Baker was born. Initially conceived as an online cooking show, it quickly gained popularity for its focus on delicious vegetarian and vegan recipes. As the show’s success grew, I recognized the need for a centralized platform to showcase my creations. This realization led to the development of VegetarianBaker.com, where you can find an extensive collection of my recipes, along with convenient printable versions.
Join me on my vegetarian journey as we explore the vibrant world of plant-based cuisine. On Jac St. John | The Vegetarian Baker, you’ll discover a treasure trove of vegetarian and vegan recipes, cooking tips, and culinary inspiration. Whether you’re a seasoned herbivore or simply looking to incorporate more plant-based meals into your diet, this blog is here to guide and inspire you.
Let’s embark on a delectable adventure together, where flavors come alive and nourishment meets creativity. Discover the possibilities of vegetarian and vegan cooking with Jac St. John | The Vegetarian Baker!
