Ingredients
  1. Ripe Bananas | 6 ea
  2. Crunchy Peanut Butter | 1 Cup
  3. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder | 1/3 Cup
  4. All Purpose Flour | 1/2 Cup
  5. Sea Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon
  6. Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips | 1/4 Cup
  7. Unsweetened Coconut Shreds | 1/4 Cup
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Combine the ripened bananas, cocoa powder, peanut butter, all purpose flour, and sea salt in a food processor. Blend on high until smooth. Make sure to scrape down the sides to ensure an even batter.
  3. Once smooth, fold in the vegan chocolate chips and coconut spreads.
  4. Place the batter into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until the center of the brownie is cooked. Allow to cool before slicing.
  5. Enjoy.
Notes
  1. Substitute the All Purpose Flour with Gluten Free Flour to make this recipe gluten free.
