- Avocado | 1/2 ea.
- Banana | 1 ea.
- Celery | 1 Stalk
- Apple | 1 ea.
- Kale | 2 Cups
- Water | 3/4 Cup
- Place all ingredients into blender.
- Blend on high until smooth, for around one minute.
- Enjoy.
- I like to use chilled ingredients to ensure that my smoothie is cold. You could add a few ice cubes or use a frozen banana instead.
