Salads can get boring, but one of the best ways to give your salads a kick is by adding some delicious, healthy dressings. Raspberry Lime Vinaigrette will give your salad a new flavor punch to enjoy. Raspberries are also rich in vitamins, antioxidants and fiber, so you can eat this dressing without feeling guilty. - Fresh Raspberries | 1 Cup
- Juice of Lime | 1 ea
- Agave | 1/4 Cup
- Olive Oil | 1/3 Cup
- Balsamic Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard | 2 Teaspoons
- Sea Salt & Pepper | To Taste
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Enjoy on a salad or as a fruity vegetable dipping sauce.
