How To Make Vegan Banana Brownies

A delicious treat to enjoy for dessert, but also could be secretly enjoyed for breakfast or on the go.

Ingredients
- Ripe Bananas | 6 ea
- Crunchy Peanut Butter | 1 Cup
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder | 1/3 Cup
- All Purpose Flour | 1/2 Cup
- Sea Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon
- Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips | 1/4 Cup
- Unsweetened Coconut Shreds | 1/4 Cup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- Combine the ripened bananas, cocoa powder, peanut butter, all purpose flour, and sea salt in a food processor. Blend on high until smooth. Make sure to scrape down the sides to ensure an even batter.
- Once smooth, fold in the vegan chocolate chips and coconut spreads.
- Place the batter into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until the center of the brownie is cooked. Allow to cool before slicing.
- Enjoy.
Notes
- Substitute the All Purpose Flour with Gluten Free Flour to make this recipe gluten free.
