How To Make Vegan Royal Icing For Cookie & Cake Decorating
Vegan Royal Icing is the perfect recipe for decorating cookies and cakes. Royal icing is used for the cement in gingerbread houses to flow icing for filling your favorite cookie recipes. It is very versatile in flavor and coloring, so you can make it fit any of your decorating needs.
This recipe uses aquafaba as the egg white replacer. It whips up nicely and makes a great meringue like consistency. If you want to learn more about aquafaba, click here: Aquafaba

Hello.
Just wondering what the powdered sugar is in gram? (I’m a big fan of the metric system, and have not really used any other measuring method..)
Aaaaaand I do not have any measuring cups…
In reference to which recipe. For some reason, I can’t see which one you commented on. 🙂
The Vegan royal ising :’)
Can we use it for Oriental string work?
I’m not to familiar with that style, but being careful, you could.
