Today, we are putting blenders to the test. 3 blenders at 3 different price points to see which one is worth it for the price. I am using one of my favorite vegan smoothie recipes to test out which one makes the perfect smoothie.
The 780 features a responsive Touchscreen Control Panel. The sleek silhouette and low-profile 64-ounce/2.0-litre container fit easily below most overhead cabinets, while five program settings offer convenience for our most popular blends.
Touchscreen Control Panel
The LED control panel is made of hardened glass to resist cracks and scratches, and easy-tap buttons are only activated by touch, not splashes or spills.
Five pre-programmed settings ensure simple cleaning, walk-away convenience, and consistent results for smoothie, frozen dessert, soup, and purée recipes.
Low-Profile 64-ounce/2.0-litre Container
The 64-ounce Low-Profile Container is perfect for family meals and entertaining, while fitting comfortably under most kitchen cabinets.
With the Pulse feature, layer coarse chops over smooth purées for heartier recipes, such as chunky salsas or thick vegetable soups.

If you watched the video above, you know that I am a fan of both the Vitamix and Ventray. They are both high quality blenders with high quality results. Both have their pros and their cons, but in my opinion Ventray is a great option if you are looking for high quality blender, but don’t want to spend the big bucks to get quality.
This opinion may change with more use of the blender, so I will keep this post up to date with changing opinion as time goes on.
