Ingredients
  1. Fresh Herbs (Basil, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic, etc)
  2. Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Pick and wash your fresh herbs from the garden. You can also use store bought so that none goes to waste.
  2. Now cut, chop, or leave whole. This is your desired preference. I like to chop mine, so that the flavor is incorporated fully in my cooked dish.
  3. Place your herbs into a ice cube tray. I like to use a silicone mold as it is much easer to get the cubes out and doesn't hold a smell or flavor.
  4. Pop your oil cubes into the freezer and allow to completely freeze overnight.
  5. Once your are ready to use one, you can pop one out of the container and place into a sauté dish, onto of cooked pasta, or whatever your heart desires.
  6. Enjoy!
