How To Make Spicy Roasted Chickpeas
Spicy Roasted Chickpeas are the perfect snack for times when you are on the go and an amazing healthy alternative to the fatty potato chips. These may be a bit spicy if you have a low tolerance to spicy foods, but feel free to omit the chili powder for a milder spice. These also can be made sweet for those who would like to satisfy their sweet tooth in a healthy way. I like veggie food
So do I. 🙂 It’s so rich and delicious.
I saw your post about this on Instructables. You should specify what form of chickpeas you are starting with: canned chickpeas? dry chickpeas? dry chickpeas that have been soaked and simmered for hours? If canned — don’t throw away the “aquafaba” liquid https://www.vegansociety.com/whats-new/blog/13-amazing-things-you-can-do-aquafaba
Can I use home-made cooked chickpeas? because between canned chickpeas and the homemade ones the flavor and taste (and a lot of stuff) changes a lot. If I can they have to be half cooked?
You can use home-made cooked chickpeas, but I wouldn’t only cook them half 🙂
