How To Make Tzatziki Sauce
Thank to everyone for being patient. I just moved to Boston and have been getting everything situated. This week’s episode I am here to bring you an amazingly easy recipe for Tzatziki Sauce. Tzatziki is a greek or turkish sauce that is used on gyros or as a dip. I hope you enjoy this recipe and don’t forget to share this recipe with all your friends. - 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1/2 large cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- To Taste sea salt
- To Taste ground black pepper
- Stir all ingredients together until combined in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.
- To serve, top with some fresh pita chips and cracked pepper.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
