Baked Apples in the Microwave

Ingredients
  1. 3 Apples
  2. 1/4 Cup Raisins
  3. 1.5 ounces Rum
  4. 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Soak the raisins in rum for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  2. Core apples leaving the bottom intact.
  3. Place raisins in the center of the apples.
  4. Pour over the extra rum and sprinkle with the cinnamon.
  5. Place in microave for 5-7 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on it. The apples should be fork tender.
  6. Let cool for about 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
