Ingredients
  1. Coconut Milk | 2 Cups
  2. Almond Milk | 1 Cup
  3. Organic Maple Syrup | 1/4 Cup
  4. Cinnamon Sticks | 4-5 ea.
  5. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder | 1/3 Cup
Instructions
  1. Place coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon sticks into a medium sauce pan.
  2. Heat on medium heat and bring to a simmer. Once the first bubbles come to the top of the milk, remove from heat. This should take about 3-5 minutes. Whisk occasionally to prevent burning.
  3. Immediately after you remove from heat, add the cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.
  4. Enjoy.
