Watermelon Crème Brûlée | A Simple No Bake Vegan Dessert
|Watermelon Crème Brûlée is a healthier & easy vegan alternative to the traditional Crème Brûlée. It’s a great way to enjoy one of my favorite summer fruits. This Watermelon Crème Brûlée recipe is no bake and can be made in less than 5 minutes.

- Seedless Watermelon | 1/2 ea
- Organic Cane Sugar | 1/2 Cup
- Sea Salt Flakes | 2 Tablespoons
- Zest of Lime | For Garnish
- Fresh Peppermint | For Garnish
- Vegan Coconut Whipped Cream | For Garnish
- Slice the watermelon into 1 inch slices.
- Using a round cutter, cut watermelon into rounds. Place them into ramekin or onto your dessert plate.
- Sprinkle a spoonful of organic cane sugar onto the top. Using a blow torch, caramelize the sugar. Allow to cool before continuing.
- Add a pinch of sea salt flakes.
- Pipe on a dollop of Vegan Coconut Whipped Cream, add a sprig of peppermint, and zest of lime for garnish.
- Enjoy.
