DIY Vegan Shamrock Shake | McDonald’s Copycat Recipe

Every year for St. Patrick’s Day, McDonald’s releases a limited milkshake known as the Shamrock Shake. The Shamrock Shake is traditionally a Green & Minty Milkshake made with vanilla ice cream. I’m going to show how you to make a vegan version of it that’s healthy, delicious, and very festive. If you have recipe you would like to see me make, let me know in the comments below. A vegan version of the classic Shamrock Shake.

Ingredients
  1. Bananas | 6 ea, Sliced & Frozen
  2. Coconut Milk | 1 Cup
  3. Almond Milk | 1 1/2 Cups
  4. Peppermint Extract | 1 Teaspoon
  5. Green Food Coloring | 1/2 Teaspoon
  6. Green Sprinkles | For Garnish
  7. Vegan Whipped Cream | For Garnish
Instructions
  1. Start off by slicing the bananas and placing on a parchment lined sheet tray. Place into the freezer for at least an hour.
  2. Once frozen, place the bananas, coconut milk, almond milk, peppermint extract, and green food coloring into a blender. Blend until smooth. This should take 60-90 seconds.
  3. Pour into a glass or mug. Garnish with vegan whipped cream and green sprinkles.
