Baked Avocado Fries are amazing and they make great snacks, appetizers, and side dishes. If you are a fan of avocados, you will love this recipe. It goes great with a marinara sauce, but this spicy aioli is just divine. If you aren’t a huge fan of spice, you can lower the amount of Sriracha used. Halve and slice the avocados. Squeeze the lime juice over the avocados to prevent browning.
In 3 small separate bowls prep your ingredients. In bowl one, mix flour with a few salt and pepper pinches. In bowl two, pour the almond milk. In bowl three, combine bread crumbs, salt, paprika, and pepper.
Dip the avocado fries, one at a time into the flour, milk, and then bread crumbs. Make sure to shake off any of the excess. Transfer them to a foiled and greased sheet tray.
Once all the avocado fries are battered, place into the oven for 20 minutes. Make sure to flip the fries halfway through the baking time.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before Enjoying.
For Spicy Aioli
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Set aside until you are ready to serve with the avocado fries.
