How To Make Avocado Hummus | Healthy Vegan Recipe

This Avocado Hummus recipe combines two of my favorite ingredients into a delicious & healthy vegan dish. Avocados in this recipe add some creaminess to the hummus and cilantro adds much-needed health benefits. Avocado Hummus will take your next picnic, potluck, or sporting event to the next level.

Avocado Hummus | Healthy Vegan Recipe

Avocado Hummus is a healthy vegan dish to take to your next picnic, potluck, or sporting event.

Ingredients
  1. Avocados | 2 ea, Ripe
  2. Chickpeas | 2 Cups, Canned or Cooked
  3. Fresh Cilantro | 1/4 Cup
  4. Juice & Zest of 1 Lemon
  5. Olive Oil | 3 Tablespoons
  6. Garlic | 2 Cloves
  7. Salt & Pepper | To Taste
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, add all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Make sure to occasionally scrape down the sides to ensure an even product.
  2. Serve with homemade pita chips, on top of a salad, or however you regularly enjoy your hummus recipes.
Notes
  1. If you don't like cilantro, omit it.
