Ingredients
  1. French Bread | 1 Loaf
  2. Vegan Butter | 1/3 Cup
  3. Olive Oil | 3 Tablespoons
  4. Garlic Powder | 1/2 Teaspoon
  5. Italian Seasoning | 1/2 Teaspoon
  6. Sea Salt & Pepper | To Taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Cut your bread into cubes or tear into pieces. If you don't like french bread, try sourdough or Italian bread.
  3. In a bowl, add the melted vegan butter, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, sea salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Place your cubed bread onto a silicone or parchment lined sheet tray. Using a pastry brush, coat the cubes with the oil mixture.
  5. Place the bread into the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Every 10 minutes, flip and rotate the croutons. At 30 minutes, your croutons should be golden brown and are ready to be removed. Allow to cool.
  6. Enjoy on a salad or soup.
