Vegan Chocolate Truffles

A chocolate truffle is a type of chocolate confectionery, traditionally made with a chocolate ganache centre coated in chocolate, icing sugar, cocoa powder or chopped toasted nuts. If you have recipe you would like to see me make, let me know in the comments below.   1. 2 Cups Vegan Dark Chocolate
  2. 1 Cup Almond Milk (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BrGBcQqZ9Mg)
  3. 1 Tablespoon Vegan Butter
  1. Cocoa Powder
  2. Sea Salt
  3. Toaste Coconut
  4. Dark Chocolate Coating (3/4 Cup Vegan Dark Chocolate | 1 teaspoon Vegan Butter)
  1. Heat the almond milk to boiling and then remove immediately.
  2. Pour over the chocolate and butter. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour into pan and set in freezer.
  4. Scoop out with melon baller and place onto parchment paper. Place into freezer until ready.
  5. Roll out with hands and dip in cocoa powder, toasted coconut, or top with sea salt.
