Thank to everyone for being patient. I just moved to Boston and have been getting everything situated. This week’s episode I am here to bring you an amazingly easy recipe for Tzatziki Sauce. Tzatziki is a greek or turkish sauce that is used on gyros or as a dip. Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Greek yogurt
  2. 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
  3. 1/2 large cucumber, peeled and diced
  4. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  5. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  6. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  7. To Taste sea salt
  8. To Taste ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Stir all ingredients together until combined in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.
  2. To serve, top with some fresh pita chips and cracked pepper.
Notes
  1. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
