How To Make Vegan Eggnog

Eggnog is a sweetened dairy-based beverage traditionally enjoyed around Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is made with milk and/or cream, sugar, and whipped eggs. It is often spiked with rum or brandy and has the flavors of nutmeg and cinnamon. However, it isn’t vegan friendly. Vitamix shared with me a recipe for Vegan Eggnog that is frothy and delicious.   1. 2 Cups Almond Milk
  2. 1/4 Tsp Ground Cloves
  3. 1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
  4. 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  5. 1/3 Cup Brandy (Optional)
  6. 2 1/2 Tbs Maple Syrup
  1. Place all ingredients into your blender.
  2. Start on low and slowly increase to high.
  3. Blend for 15-30 seconds so that you can create a nice foam.
  4. Serve over ice.
  5. Enjoy!
